Angelique Mecoli Chapa
Managing Partner
Angie has more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, including roles at a large national law firm and a legal recruiting agency. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of partners and numerous groups across a wide range of practices and markets. This background has given her a practical understanding of how law firms approach lateral hiring and what partners consider when deciding whether a move makes sense.
A true people person, she is naturally curious, easy to talk to and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people she works with. Her style is direct, down to earth and personal. She values confidentiality, follows through and believes the strongest working relationships are built through honest conversations and trust. Many of those relationships continue long after a search has ended.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on human resources from San Diego State University, holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association.
